Quote Preparation

To prepare accurate and comprehensive quotes, we need detailed information about your transport requirements. This includes:

  • Distance: The number of kilometres from the collection to the delivery point.
  • Load: The type of goods to be transported, as different items may have specific handling and transport needs.
  • Additional Needs: Any extra staff or equipment required, such as cranes for loading and offloading.
  • Calculations: We determine the total distance, fuel consumption, toll fees, and the number of days needed for the transport.

Basic Rate

Our basic rate starts at R25.00 per kilometre. Please note that this rate may change without notice based on market conditions and operational costs

    Included in the Quote

    Our quotes cover all essential aspects of the transport service, ensuring transparency and no hidden costs. This includes:

    • Vehicle: The appropriate truck for your transport needs.
    • Driver: An experienced and professional driver to ensure safe and timely delivery.
    • 24-Hour Breakdown Assistance: Immediate support in case of any vehicle issues during the journey.
    • Live Satellite Tracking: Real-time monitoring of your shipment for security and peace of mind.
    • Fuel and Toll Fees: All necessary fuel and toll charges for the specified distance.
    • Goods in Transit Insurance: Coverage for your goods while they are being transported.

    Excluded from the Quote

    Our standard quotes do not include:

    • All-Risk Insurance: Additional insurance coverage can be arranged upon request.
    • Overtime Charges: Any overtime work beyond the agreed hours will be billed separately.

    Town-to-Town Rates

    We offer separate rates for transport between major towns to accommodate specific regional needs. These towns include Polokwane, Musina, Thohoyandou, Pretoria, Rustenburg, Johannesburg, Tzaneen, Thabazimbi, and Brits. Contact us for detailed pricing for each route.

    Cross-Border Services

    For international transport, we factor in additional requirements such as customs and excise duties, and Zimborders fees ($40.00 per trip). Our team handles all the necessary documentation and compliance procedures to ensure smooth cross-border logistics.
